Bob is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of Human Resources leadership experience across large multinational pharmaceutical organizations and dynamic start-up biotechnology companies.  With a proven record in scaling organizations, Mr. Gatmaitan’s expertise has been instrumental in driving HR success on a global scale.  He previously held pivotal positions at Global Blood Therapeutics and MyoKardia, where he led their Global Rewards and HR Operations/People Analytics departments building HR programs that drove employee engagement and ultimately led each company’s integration activities after significant acquisitions by Pfizer and Bristol Myers Squibb, navigating complex transitions and ensuring seamless integrations.  Mr. Gatmaitan also held multiple roles at Sanofi supporting their global vaccines business (Sanofi Pasteur) and global specialty care business (Sanofi Genzyme), spending time across multiple geographies which further enriched his global perspective in HR management.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
